The Vicar for Clergy represents the Archbishop in promoting the emotional, physical and spiritual well-being for all priests and deacons, and vice-versa their individual needs and concerns.
The Vicar for Clergy meets regularly with the Archbishop to administer ecclesiastical assignments, discuss priest personnel relationships, to prepare them for senior status, and to work with the international priests in their enculturation and legal matters.
The Vicar for Clergy also assists the formation committee as they work to provide resources for the care of clergy, including their spiritual and physical well-being, as well as ongoing formation to build on their natural gifts and talents in areas where they may desire to grow.
The Clergy Office facilitates the discernment and formation of seminarians in preparation for diocesan priesthood in our parishes. Meet Our Seminarians
