Office of the Chancellor

The Chancellor is the chief notary, chief secretary and chief archivist of the archdiocesan curia.The Office is a resource for Sacramental Records including marriage dispensations, Official Catholic Directory reports, the Parish Annual Reports, Archives/Records Management. The chancellor also serves as delegate for Catholic Healthcare, the Mission Office, and is the Episcopal delegate for Religious. The Chancellor issues letters of suitability and permissions for clergy and lay guests to minister and present in the diocese.
