Canonical Services is the office which acts in an advisory capacity to the archbishop, diocesan and parish staff, clergy, religious institutes, and other Catholic entities and associations.
The Tribunal is the judicial office of the archbishop. Primarily involved in marriage nullity cases, the officials of the Tribunal serve as ministers of justice in truth, love, and mercy to help assure that, in concrete cases, the provisions of canon law are implemented correctly and equitably, protecting rights as well as determining the status of persons in the Church.
