Records
Sacramental records are kept in the local parish, so please contact that parish directly. If the parish does not possess the requested record, this office issues official certificates only to the individual requesting their own record, to a parent of a minor child, or to a spouse or adult child of a deceased person. All others will need proof of power-of-attorney.

Archives
The Archives Office preserves and safeguards records of significant value that pertain to the Catholic Church in western Oregon. Some materials may be subject to restrictions imposed by confidentiality, local policy, and/or the donors of documents.  The Archives Office is not open to genealogical studies but materials may be available to researchers within the parameters of Canon Law and State and Federal confidentiality law.
