Lodging Arrangements:
Each priest is responsible for your own lodging arrangements. You are encouraged to stay at the Best Western Plus Agate Beach Inn to facilitate more opportunities to build fraternity. To make your discounted reservation with the Archdiocese of Portland group, please call the hotel group reservation office at (541) 265-9411 ext 2 (open Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm) or visit online before September 5th.

1:00 pm Lunch (International Priests dine in the Starfish Room)
2:00 pm Open House - info session/updates from Archdiocese for those interested
4:00 pm Priestly Fraternity gathering on the beach (optional)

Check out of room by 11 am.
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will be held every evening from 8:00 pm until dawn.
A Missionary of Mercy priest will be available to hear confessions throughout the week.
